Congratulations to Sara Dodson Holmes and Leonard Wyeth for passing the Passive House certification test! Currently, Connecticut only boasts eight Passive House certified designers with a little more than 200 in the United States. These professionals can design some of the most efficient, sustainable buildings in the world, adhering to the Passive House Institute's strict standards. Passive House buildings are not only comfortable and beautiful, but help reduce carbon emissions and wasted energy. We welcome questions about Passive House design!

As architects, we are interested in preserving history and culture through buildings, integrating the past into the present. Conserving historic buildings helps create a rich legacy for future generations. We are knowledgeable of and sensitive to issues regarding historic preservation of the built environment.
